Ridgeline like bumps running perpendicular to frenulum underneath tongue on both sides of mouth and one movable hard bump on floor of mouth underneath tongue.
A harmless round mass in the mucosa of the mouth much like a pimple in a different location.
Are they blocked salivary ducts.
Cancer tends to present as an ulcerated painful lump.
