Hard lump on floor of mouth under tongue.

Ridgeline like bumps running perpendicular to frenulum underneath tongue on both sides of mouth and one movable hard bump on floor of mouth underneath tongue. A harmless round mass in the mucosa of the mouth much like a pimple in a different location. Are they blocked salivary ducts. Cancer tends to present as an ulcerated painful lump.
